How to Set or Renew a POS PIN
Follow these steps to assign or update a POS PIN for an employee in the Admin System.
1. Access your Employee Profile
- Navigate to Admin System → Employees

- Select the relevant employee from the list to open their profile.
- Ensure you're in the Details tab of the employee profile.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to locate the Set POS PIN section, illustrated in the image below.

3. Set the New PIN
- Click the Set POS PIN tool.
- Enter the desired 4-digit PIN in the popup window, then confirm it as shown in the image below.
Once confirmed, the new PIN is immediately active and ready for use on the POS system.
PIN Requirements & Best Practices
- PINs must be exactly 4 digits.
- Choose a PIN that is easy to remember.
- Each PIN must be unique - you cannot reuse a PIN already assigned to another employee. If you attempt to do so, the system will display an error message.
Security Reminder
Encourage employees to keep their PINs confidential and avoid sharing them with others. A secure PIN helps protect both the employee and the business.
