Guide to Online Booking Preferences and Settings
(Online Booking Dashboard)
Step 1: Access the Online Dashboard
- Navigate to Marketing ➔ Online Dashboard ➔ Manage Location Actions (see screenshot for reference).

Step 2: Open Business Info
- In Manage Location, click the Edit button in the top right-hand corner (see screenshot for reference).

- This will take you to the Business Info page.

- Click Continue (top right-hand corner) until you get to Custom Preferences.

Step 3: Update Your Online Booking Preferences
Customize the client booking experience by setting specific requirements and views. These options are illustrated in the screenshot below.

Other preferences available in this section include.
- Time Settings - Set time-related parameters for managing appointments, providing.
- Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies - Set deadlines and penalties for rescheduling or canceling appointments.
- Booking Page Customization - Personalize the appearance of your booking page by selecting your preferred primary and secondary colors.
- Facebook Pixel ID - Track activity on your booking website for Facebook Ads and analytics.
Step 4: Save Your Changes
- After updating the custom preferences, click Continue to confirm.
- You should now see the Successfully Updated Booking confirmation screen.
