Guide to the Online Booking Dashboard

The Online Booking Dashboard interface is designed to give you real-time insights and allows you to manage your business’s online booking system.

Dashboard Overview

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find live metrics including

• Total Website Traffic
• Total Bookings
• Conversion Rate

You can use the dropdown menu to adjust the time frame for these metrics, allowing you to view performance over a day, week, month, or custom range.

Company Overview

Below the metrics, your company (or multiple companies) will be displayed. Each company listed under company locations, and for each location, you'll find two key buttons (highlighted in the screenshot below).

Manage Location

Clicking Manage Location opens a top bar menu with four tabs (these tabs are numbered in the screenshot below).

1. Details

                        View company business information, opening hours, social media links, and website URLs.

2. Analytics

                        Provides a more comprehensive view of appointment data, with the added feature to generate reports.

3. Settings & Preferences

                        Customize your online booking experience. Toggle features on or off and adjust preferences to suit your business needs.

4. Reviews

                        Manage customer reviews submitted via the Barber-OS link (sent automatically after appointments if Automation is enabled).

• View Client – Takes you to the client profile stored in the system.

• Delete – Allows you to delete the review if needed.

Edit Button    

Allows you to update:

• Business details.
• Select which barbers are available for online booking.
• Modify any Settings or Preferences in this area.

Vertical Ellipse   

Allows you to:

• Preview your online booking page.
• Unpublish it, removing it from your live website.

To check whether your online booking is live, refer to the status indicator shown in the screenshot below.
