Sign Up Process with Barber OS
Follow these steps to create your Barber OS account and get started.
Step 1 – Go to the Website
- Visit our website.
- Click the person icon in the top-right corner of the homepage. This will take you to the Login page.
- On this page, select Admin Login.

Step 2 – Go to the Sign-Up Page
On the Sign In page, click Sign Up to create a new account.

Step 3 – Create Your Account
- Complete the Create an Account form by entering your details.
- Click Sign Up to continue.

Step 4 – Verify Your Email
- Check your inbox for a verification email from Barber OS.
- Click the Verify Email link in that message to confirm your account.

Step 5 – Sign In
Once your email is verified:
- Return to the Sign In page.
- Log in using the email and password you just created.


Step 6 – Create Your Company Profile
- Click Create and Manage a New Company.
- On the next screen, you’ll have the option to upload a company logo (optional).

- Fill out the Tell Us About Your Company form — all fields in this section are required.

- Click Continue once complete.
Next, you’ll see an optional section to add your social media links and website. You can complete this now or skip and update it later.

Step 7 – Choose Your Payment Plan
Select the subscription plan that best fits your business needs.

Step 8 – Add a Payment Method
Enter the card details you’d like to keep on file.
Note: Even if you’re on a free plan, a valid card is required for account verification. No charge will be made at this stage.
